We are supporting a well-established and highly respected packaging manufacturer in the search for a Technical Operations Manager to join their growing leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operational leader with strong technical Flexographic Print knowledge to play a key role within a fast-paced print and conversion manufacturing environment.

This role combines operational leadership with technical print expertise and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, and driving technical excellence across a manufacturing site.

The business specialises in printed flexible packaging solutions across film and paper substrates, supplying high-quality packaging into a range of sectors. The site currently employs approximately 65 people.
