Due to continued growth across our responsive maintenance contracts, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team across the East & West Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and people-focused leader to take ownership of multiple contracts within the social housing sector, delivering high-quality services to residents and clients.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of works including voids, responsive repairs, elemental works and planned programmes . You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring service delivery meets KPI, compliance, and customer satisfaction expectations.

You will play a key role in building and leading high-performing teams while maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational and commercial performance.
