Operations Officer - 57623

As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting Commercial Banking Centres across Canada. You will act as a key administrative partner, managing the end-to-end processing of commercial deposit accounts and ensuring all activities meet strict regulatory and compliance standards. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role perfect for a detail-oriented professional looking to gain deep exposure to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and commercial banking operations.
The ideal candidate is a best-of-both-worlds professional—someone who enjoys the focus of 80% back-office work but can collaborate effectively during internal team calls. We are looking for a team player who demonstrates a sense of urgency and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Location: Markham, Ontario (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
