Operations Representative (After hours shift)

C.H. Robinson is looking for an Operations Representative in Guadalajara who will play a key role in keeping our after-hours operations running smoothly and ensuring high service levels for critical customers. In this role, you directly impact customer satisfaction and business continuity by managing shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, and resolving issues in real time. You will own daily operational execution during the after-hours window, collaborate with global teams, and help ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across shipments. This role follows a night schedule, from Tuesday to Saturday, and offers strong exposure to logistics operations within a global organization.
