About the Role

Pavago is hiring on behalf of a client seeking an Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day workforce operations on a live scheduling platform.

This role is responsible for ensuring shifts are filled, workers are active, and daily operations run smoothly. You will oversee the full shift lifecycle — from onboarding professionals to handling real-time attendance issues and last‑minute changes.
