Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance. This position ensures the seamless execution of shipping, receiving, and stock management while managing ad-hoc operations request on value‑added work such as RockCycle (waste sorting), lamination processes and other insulation value‑added work. The incumbent serves as a critical link in the organization, managing facility infrastructure, security, and government compliance. Practical and systematic, the role focuses on optimizing operational performance, ensuring the safe use of material-handling equipment, and providing strategic insights as logistics specialist.
