Operations Support Executive

Purpose & Scope The role is responsible for supporting the daily operations and coordination of the Cora Environment IoT fleet system, field operations, and stakeholder engagement activities. This includes monitoring and managing IoT-related systems and devices, coordinating manpower for operational initiatives, overseeing operational cases, and supporting event execution such as weekly cash-for-trash activities. The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, operations teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operational delivery, timely issue resolution, and consistent reporting. The role also requires occasional on-site support and flexibility to support weekend operational events when necessary.
