Operations Technical Manager

Pestkil Ltd. requires an experienced pest management professional to fill the full-time position of Operations Technical Manager. The successful candidate will be joining a busy operations team.

Job Description

• General oversight of the quality assurance function at Pestkil
• General oversight of the health & safety function at Pestkil
• Assisting with the implementation of business processes and procedures
• Contributing to the ongoing development of business goals and strategic plans
• Managing the development and implementation of Pestkil technical learning & development function; including the overseeing of all operations new hire training schedules
• Managing and ensuring all fleet management and equipment management processes are being carried out
• Conducting quality assurance for priority or problem sites in conjunction with the senior technician or supervisor involved
