Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3

**Description:**
You will be the Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for coordinating training, interpreting engine data, and leading maintenance crews.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3 you will be responsible for ensuring flight‑line personnel are trained, qualified, and equipped to perform their duties while maintaining accurate engine‑run analysis.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Coordinate and schedule all training and medical appointments for flight‑line personnel.
+ Interpret engine run and flight debriefs, identify fault anomalies, and enter data into the troubleshooting database.
+ Lead a maintenance crew of 10+ represented employees, providing direction, training, and performance oversight.
