Job Description

Operations Trainer III role is responsible for supporting plant-wide training execution and operational readiness by delivering effective employee training and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operator skills, knowledge, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct classroom orientation and operations training for operators to ensure readiness before transfer to the production floor.
• Lead On-the-Job Training (OJT) and provide structured coaching to new operators, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of manufacturing processes.
• Perform post-transfer skill monitoring and competency assessments for operators within the first month on the production floor, addressing gaps through targeted coaching.
• Plan and deliver Quality Refresher Training and AR&R Effectiveness on specified quarters, to reinforce critical quality standards, ...
