Job Purpose

Job Purpose : To ensure safe operation of the Terminal/Depot through consistent walk‑around inspections of depot operations, reporting abnormalities, overseeing vehicle loading and offloading, and supporting supervisors in product receiving, storage, and quality assurance in line with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supply Operations: Perform daily walk‑around inspections of instruments, gauges, and meters to identify risks and report hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Ensure tanks, pipelines, and fittings are properly lined up for loading/receiving operations, operating equipment and valves as instructed by the Supply Supervisor.
• Oversee and perform loading operations in accordance with established procedures; ensure road tankers are sealed and unloading gear is operated safely.
• Report any product spillage or damages to suppliers.
