About the Role The Ops Associate at Our Client in Fort Lee, NJ serves as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the company. The role supports new store openings (NSO), provides operational support for existing stores, assists with risk management and customer escalations, and communicates company information to franchise locations and internal departments. Reports to the Regional Manager / Sr. Regional Manager. Full-time, Operations Team. Requirements Responsibilities Support all operational tasks required for opening a new store (NSO). Under supervision of the Senior Franchise Business Consultant, understand and assist with processes involved in new store openings. Communicate with franchisees in advance according to the NSO process and follow up based on the established timeline.
