Ops Excellence Intern: Process Improvement & Analytics

ZALORA Group is looking for a driven Operations Excellence Intern located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, expected to join in June 2026. This position focuses on supporting the Operational Excellence team through process improvements, documentation tasks, data analysis, and project coordination activities.

The ideal candidate would be currently pursuing a relevant degree and possess good communication skills and a strong interest in quality management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
