Oracle ASCP / MRP Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle ASCP / MRP Support Engineer to manage and support critical planning runs and ensure the smooth functioning of ERP-based planning systems.

This role primarily focuses on monitoring, executing, and supporting Oracle ASCP/MRP processes , including weekend production runs and ongoing system support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the official Oracle ASCP/MRP weekend run , including monitoring scheduled jobs and generating required reports
• Handle special ASCP/MRP runs in parallel with the standard weekend execution
• Monitor and support daily ASCP/MRP runs , ensuring timely completion and issue resolution
• Provide Oracle production/application support as assigned
• Track, analyze, and resolve system or job failures to ensure business continuity
