Key Responsibilities Environment Management & Administration Manage Oracle Cloud environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production) across SaaS and PaaS tenancies for multiple client engagements. Coordinate and execute quarterly Oracle Cloud patch and release updates, including pre-patch impact assessments and post-patch validation testing. Monitor environment health, performance, and capacity; raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through My Oracle Support (MOS). Manage environment refresh cycles, including cloning production to non-production environments and ensuring data masking requirements are met. Maintain environment documentation including configuration registers, topology diagrams, and change logs. Coordinate with Oracle Cloud Operations and client IT teams on planned maintenance windows and downtime communications.
