Oracle Database Administrator

The Oracle DBA owns the integrity, availability, performance, and security of all Oracle database systems supporting Healthcare's clinical, ERP, financial, supply‑chain, and clinical research workloads. Oracle databases typically underpin HIS / EMR back‑ends, ERP (Oracle EBS / Fusion), revenue cycle, supply‑chain, and high‑volume reporting platforms. The role exists to ensure that every Oracle instance is highly available (RAC / Data Guard), fully recoverable (RMAN, Data Guard, Flashback), performance‑tuned, securely configured, and continuously compliant with DoH Abu Dhabi, ADHICS v2, and internal cybersecurity controls. Because hospital revenue cycle, clinical reporting, and operational continuity depend on these databases, the role carries direct accountability for clinical service availability and patient‑care continuity.
