Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems , or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in Oracle EPM .
• 5+ full project lifecycles delivered successfully.
• Proven team leadership and people management capability.
• Experience in business development and presales engagement.
• Excellent communication , negotiation, and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
