Oracle Functional Tester Assistant Manager

Total Experience: 8-11 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Test Lead with hands‑on experience in Oracle applications (Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in testing methodologies, a solid understanding of Oracle business processes, Oracle integrations with third‑party systems, and experience supporting automation and regression testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. Project/Program Management certification preferred.
• Ability to understand the scope of project and create proposal, planning, estimations.
• Define test strategy, test approach, and test plans documents
• Establish test entry/exit criteria, defect management, and sign‑off processes.
