Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with a primary focus on UK Payroll and Absence Management modules.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for UK Payroll and Absence Management.
• Configure UK Payroll elements, payroll balances, payroll calculation rules, statutory components, and payroll reporting in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Configure Absence types, plans, eligibility rules, accruals, and related policies in Oracle Fusion Absence Management. <...
