+ Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.

+ Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.

+ Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.

+ Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.
