Role Description

We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Lead Engineer in the area of OT Security Engineering. The person in this role has expert-level technical knowledge of OT security, but also has many years of experience in managing a team of specialists, conducting sales processes, creating offers, and effective project budgeting.
The ideal candidate combines an understanding of cybersecurity technology with business skills, supporting the development and implementation of innovative OT security solutions.
Your scope of duties: 
Conducting and participating in OT projects as a cybersecurity expert, developing concepts, solutions, and methodologies required to achieve project objectives;
Support in managing a team of security engineers, including delegating tasks, supervising project implementation, and supporting the professional development of team members;
