Randstad are proud to partner with the leading provider of construction and strategic building maintenance services for the Queensland Government.

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager at an AO7 level.

The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to provide a high level of skill, leadership and professional knowledge in the delivery of project management consulting services

Duties:

• End-to-End Delivery: Coordinate all aspects of building project implementation including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients. Coordinate project staff, external consultants, building contractors, and local authorities.

• Commercial & Financial Control: Manage project cash flows and budgets to meet profitability targets. Generate exception reports for variances and perform project performance audits.
