Oven Loading Operator

Staff Responsibility: Load products onto oven systems in accordance with production requirements Ensure correct product spacing, orientation, and loading patterns Monitor product flow into the oven to prevent blockages or inconsistencies Carry out pre-start inspections of equipment and work area before production begins Ensure ovens, are clean and safe to use Verify correct product specification and schedule for the shift Confirm all safety guards are in place and functioning Report any faults or concerns immediately to the Area Manager Remove any defective or non-conforming products before loading Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times General Overview of the position: The Oven Loading Operator plays a key role in the bakery production process by ensuring products are loaded into ovens safely, efficiently, and in line with production schedules.
