Overnight Task Team Supervisor

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

Under the supervision of the Management team, the Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store, to include: sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management and price change execution.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Delegates tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and follow up to ensure proper execution.
+ Ensures adherence of all standard operating procedures and processes by team members, following up to provide training and guidance when needed.
+ Maintains visual presentation standards including in-store signage, proper execution of merchandise directives and planograms, merchandise recovering/front facing and general daily recovery ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
