Stantec seeks an Owner's Advisor experienced with Collaborative Delivery to join our program team and support DC Water in the delivery of a nearly $2-billion, 10-year capital improvement program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant and upstream sanitary and stormwater pump stations.
