Packaging Engineer

The Packing Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing and logistics efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing product quality, and supporting workplace safety through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes optimizing warehouse layouts, material flow, packaging systems, tugger routes, and logistics operations while supporting Kaizen projects and process standardization.
Key Responsibilities
Improve manufacturing and logistics processes for better efficiency and cost reduction.
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, and parts presentation.
Develop KPIs and identify process bottlenecks.
Work with suppliers and supply chain teams on packaging and delivery standards.
Support SAP/EWM logistics workflows and warehouse operations.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
