Packaging Lead-Pipeline

**About the role:** The Packaging Lead is responsible for overseeing daily packaging line operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role serves as the bridge between frontline associates and supervisors, providing hands-on leadership, coordinating workflows, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is fully on-site in our new Mesa, AZ facility.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Lead and coordinate daily activities of packaging associates on assigned lines or shifts
+ Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet throughput and delivery targets
+ Monitor product quality and enforce GMP, SOP, and safety compliance standards
+ Perform line setup, changeovers, and basic equipment adjustments as needed
