Packaging Machine Operator

**Cleanroom Machine Operator Openings (1st or 3rd - 12 hour shifts)**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and monitor packaging line equipment.
+ Perform inspection, hand cartoning or packing, labeling, palletizing, cleanup, and hopper filling.
+ Assist in line clearances between batches and changeovers; follow cleanup sheet directions.
+ Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues.
+ Maintain accurate and error-free records, including Line Packaging Records (LPR).
+ Follow production documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
+ Monitor operations for deviations, quality risks, or mechanical problems and escalate issues as needed.
+ Identify and suggest improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
+ Maintain a clean work area and adhere to department safety rules.
+ Attend scheduled trainings and complete annual training requirements.
