Paid Media Manager, RBKS

Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest, Reddit, Nextdoor, etc.. This role requires deep agency experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Social campaigns in eCommerce, Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Electronics verticals. You will own end-to-end campaign management: from media planning and buying through to performance optimization and reporting while driving innovation through structured testing and creator-led paid activations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a data-driven mindset, and has a proven track record of scaling Paid Social programs internationally.

Scope: Owns end-to-end paid media execution across Ring and Blink portfolios in EU markets. Responsible for campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting across paid social, display, and programmatic channels.
