Paint Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Paint Machine Operator to join our team at SYC Philippine Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a fulltime Paint Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our Trades & Services operations, overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our paint production equipment.



What you'll be doing



Safely operate and maintain various paint production machinery, including mixing tanks, grinders, and filling equipment



Ensure consistent paint quality by monitoring and adjusting production parameters as needed



Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition



Accurately record production data and monitor inventory levels of raw materials



Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements



Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
