Part Time Real Estate Loan Processor

The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) supports Loan Officers throughout the mortgage application and approval process, ensuring efficient operations, accurate documentation, and excellent client service. The role involves coordinating loan files, communicating with clients and partners, maintaining compliance, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks.

Salary: USD 800 monthly for Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers with mortgage applications from initiation to funding
• Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation, including pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, and tax returns
• Identify missing conditions and ensure files are complete and compliant with company and investor guidelines
