Role Description

Summary:
Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, a Receiving Outfitter is responsible for backend operations including receiving, warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, stocking and maintenance/housekeeping departments
Responsibilities:
Systematically receive ’s that come into the building
Physical count of all packages coming into the building and verify count with packing slip
Conduct stocking activities from back room to sales floor
Perform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging of newly arriving Cabela’s Canada product
Conduct general replenishment of all departments including facing, hanging merchandise
Conduct floor checks including cleaning, updates to pricing and signage, inventory, verification of min/max settings, ensuring that shelves are full and that security tags are in place
Assist with merchandise purges when necessary
