Job Overview

Service Assistant are responsible for providing high-quality service to customers while exhibiting product knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion.

Job responsibilities

• Greet all guests and present menus
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Take takeout orders from guests and place into POS
• Pack takeout orders to be readily available for delivery drivers
• Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
• Clear dishes and replenish washed service ware for FOH station
• Prepare and stock all service items including maintaining assigned par levels
• Prepare checks, process transactions and guest payments when required
