Role Description
Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for effective on boarding of franchise partners,maintaining long term relationships with them and maximising revenue and enrolments through them.
Role and responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets:
- Ensuring achievement of budgetedrevenue per franchisee by streamlining franchise business operations.
- Monitoring, tracking and guiding performance of franchises to promote patent and student satisfaction.
- Assisting under-performing Franchises in performance improvement.
- Serving as the link of communication between franchise partners& internal teams.
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by partners in a timely manner.
- Having a thorough understanding of franchise network distribution in the assigned area.
