Airport Ground Handling Intern

• Execute passenger check-in using airline DCS (Departure Control System) under supervisor supervision
• Perform baggage tagging, loading, and offloading on live flights
• Conduct boarding gate procedures — boarding pass verification, final headcount coordination
• Assist with ULD (Unit Load Device) build-up and breakdown in cargo area
• Handle special passenger categories (PRM, UNMR, MEDA) under supervisor guidance
• Participate in shift briefings and post-flight debriefs
