Gumnut Bakery is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team across our bakery locations in Mittagong, Bowral, and Berrima. We are looking for someone passionate about producing high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods in a busy bakery environment.

Key Duties

• Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products
  
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
  
• Prepare fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and decorations
  
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product consistency
  
• Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
  
• Operate bakery and pastry equipment safely and efficiently
  
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
