Payment Operation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payments Operations Specialist to lead merchant onboarding, banking coordination, compliance processes, and operational execution across multiple markets. This role serves as the primary operational bridge between external partners, internal teams, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist payment clients with product integration, review, online problem solving, and bill settlement;
• Monitor payment channel data, continuously optimize payment success rates, and handle abnormal transaction orders;
• Develop and implement effective growth strategies based on customer feedback and data performance;
• Maintain relationships with upstream and downstream partners and agents in the payment industry, and promote positive cooperation.
