We’re looking for a Payments Analyst to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Next Generation Banking department. The key responsibilities for this role include:
Responsible for processing, verifying and monitoring transaction and information related to investments, membership and account opening, cards, and digital transactions

Participate and review compliance ensuring it is adhered to among retail and support staff as it relates to regulatory requirements (FINTRAC, CRA, CRTC)

Provide technical direction to staff on complex product related issues

Ensure that documentation and information is accurate and complete along with assisting staff in obtaining proper and up to date information
