Role Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a payroll professional to provide expertise to include payroll preparation and processing, completion and tracking of ongoing data audits, and maintenance and set up of employment taxes. The ideal candidate has in depth payroll experience, ADP reporting, state/local tax knowledge and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.
Your Role:
Manage payroll time logs, corrections, tax adjustments and all other electronic inputs related to ongoing payroll processes
Ensure accurate payroll closure through data collection, reconciliation and adherence to payroll policies
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year‑end payroll reports as needed
Document, maintain and continuously improve payroll procedures with a focus on simplification and standardization
Address employee inquiries, provide compliant payroll guidance and deliver excellent customer service
