Job Overview

Coordinates and executes effective payroll processing and management aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Reconciling payroll account totals by department, location, country, etc., and periodically auditing employee pay records and vendor payroll reports.

Maintaining payroll documentation and records, procedures, payment schedules, data back-up, tax filings, legal compliance, and updating data on HRIS/Payroll system.

Working with other HR departments and payroll analysts on payroll implementation, process improvements, optimizations, and resolution of escalations/issues.
