You will support the smooth execution of employee benefits and payroll-related administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a great employee experience as we scale in Senegal. 

In this role, you’ll;


Benefits Administration

  • Support the management of benefits : Eligibility checks
    Documentation
    Renewals
    Invoice collection
    Coordination with providers
    Follow up and compliance with company policy

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees on benefits-related questions and requests.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all benefits.

    • Payroll Administration Support

  • Prepare and issue domiciliation letters accurately and in a timely manner upon employee request.
