Role Description

ATCO Gas Australia delivers essential energy services across Western Australia. We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Lead to support accurate, compliant and reliable payroll delivery in a complex environment.
Reporting to the Manager, P&C Services, this role provides day-to-day leadership of the payroll team and supports delivery through a HR and payroll system transition, including post go-live stabilisation.

It will suit someone who’s comfortable working through change while keeping business-as-usual payroll outcomes on track.

What you’ll be doing
Keeping payroll cycles running smoothly, accurately and on time, with a strong focus on consistency each cycle
Staying across risks, picking up issues early and working through them before they escalate
Supporting and guiding the team day to day, providing clarity and direction where needed
