The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end payroll operations for the Philippine organization within a shared services environment. What is the job like?

1. Payroll Operations Management

• Lead and manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for the Philippines in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
• Oversee validation of timekeeping data, earnings, deductions, benefits, tax computations, and final pay.
• Ensure high accuracy and timely execution of payroll cycles, off-cycle payments, government remittances, and statutory reporting.
