Payroll Manager

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for an immediate temporary opportunity with a well-established organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on payroll leader with extensive Canadian payroll expertise, leadership experience, and advanced knowledge of Dayforce in a high-volume, multi-provincial environment. Ideally this role may become temporary to hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage full-cycle Canadian payroll processing ensuring accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing using Dayforce for 1,000 plus employees across multiple provinces
• Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring strong internal controls and full regulatory compliance across Canada
