 /Preferred QualificationsThe Payroll Manager role will lead all aspects of Israel payroll for 1,500+ employees across both sites – Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.
*This is a hybrid role that requires regular presence at both locations, and the ability to work closely with teams on-site in Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.
In this role you will:
Ensure accuracy, compliance and service goals are consistently met.
Develop and supervise day-to-day work of 3 payroll staff, including providing direction for tasks, coordinating priorities and resources, and providing mentorship on performance and development opportunities.
Identify and implement payroll process improvements and best practices.
Reconcile and maintain payroll records; Audit payroll data changes to ensure validity and accuracy of approved transactions.
