WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end payroll processes Hungary, covering the full payroll lifecycle. You will ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements, as well as in line with the company’s internal policies and payroll guidelines.
You will:
Secure accurate, timely and compliant payroll execution in collaboration with external payroll provider.
Monitor, update and run all processes regarding employee hires, exits and staff changes.
Monitor employee time attendance system so that data is depicted correctly (absence, overtime etc.).
Deliver trainings for basic payroll matters (e.g. time attendance, routines etc.) to key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate payroll and employee files.
