We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll processing for a workforce of 350+ employees across multiple provinces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, payroll tax remittances, and complex payroll calculations including overtime, advances, garnishments, and various employee deductions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for 350+ employees across multiple provinces on a bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly basis.
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of regular earnings, overtime, bonuses, commissions, shift premiums, and vacation pay.
