Payroll Specialist (Freelancer)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled
Payroll Specialist (Freelancer)
for an exciting opportunity with one of our partners. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the partner’s payroll processes, ensuring full legal compliance, and coordinating effectively with their outsourced payroll provider. You will play a key role in reviewing payroll data, supporting social security and labour administration tasks, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
End‑to‑end monthly payroll processing
Calculation of salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions
Management of employee lifecycle changes in payroll systems
Close cooperation with HR and Finance stakeholders
Employee support in payroll and social security matters
Payroll reporting, data validation, and documentation handling
Liaison with external authorities where required
