About the Role

This position is for a Payroll Specialist reporting to the Director of Finance. You will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide variety of payroll tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, including wages, deductions, tax withholdings, and payment issuance to employees and government agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll withholdings and remittances.
• Process Canadian and international payrolls, collaborating with local providers to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing payroll insights across the organization and leading cross‑functional payroll projects.
• Record and reconcile payroll transactions in the accounting system, including WSIB, EHT, and other accruals.
