Payroll Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Israel-based employees in cooperation with payroll vendor. You will ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and timely execution of monthly payroll cycles while acting as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.

Principal Accountabilities
● Administer the payroll process of a specific population, business unit, or country by maintaining the appropriate payroll audit database. Monitor and maintain analysis between payroll and HR data. In-depth knowledge of payroll process and associated databases.
● Reconcile and process payroll information received from other parties/vendors, such as adjustments, ad-hoc payments, deductions, refunds, and time accrual matters.
● Maintain payroll reporting to support output processes and stakeholder inquiries.
